What you get
Solar Flair lists air conditioning, free wifi, free car parking and a fitness center. Each apartment has a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and toaster, plus a bathroom with a hairdryer and towels, an iron and board, and a washing machine. There is a TV, coffee, a smoke detector and a first aid kit. Pets are allowed, and there are non smoking rooms. The thin part is the bathroom list: it names a bathroom, a hairdryer and towels and stops there, so you bring your own toiletries.
What Solar Flair adds up to is a self contained base in Inman Park rather than a hotel with a front desk and a bar. You cook, you wash clothes, you park the car without paying again, and you swim outside. It suits people staying several days, people travelling with a pet, and people who want Inman Park on foot, with the rail label Inman Park, Blue at hand and the trail at the door. It does not suit anyone wanting daily housekeeping, a restaurant downstairs or a serviced lobby.

Where it puts you
Inman Park is on the east side of Atlanta, and the hotels in this group sit inside it rather than near it. The rail connection is Inman Park, Blue, which puts you on the line that runs through the centre of the city. The trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is something you step onto rather than travel to, and the 3.0 figure applies to this neighbourhood.
The site's own summary is Victorian porches, big trees, a MARTA station and the trail, and it calls this the most expensive comfortable choice on the east side. That is a fair description of who it suits: you want to walk out to the trail, ride the Blue line, and come back to a leafy street of old houses. It does not suit you if you are watching what you spend, or if you want the newest buildings and the densest restaurant rows.
