What you get
Casa Azula lists a full set of self catering equipment. There is a kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a toaster, plus a washing machine, an iron and board, and a hairdryer. The apartment has air conditioning, a TV, free wifi, a desk and a bathroom with a bath, toiletries and towels. Outside there is a patio and a swimming pool, and the property takes pets and offers free car parking. The list is thin on service: no restaurant, no gym and no reception are mentioned.
What that adds up to is an apartment rather than a hotel. You do your own cooking, your own laundry and your own coffee, and in return you get a pool, a patio and parking without a queue. Casa Azula suits families, groups and anyone staying long enough to want a kitchen, and it suits drivers because parking is free and included. It does not suit anyone who wants room service, a concierge or a daily clean, because none of that is on the list.

Where it puts you
Inman Park is on the east side of Atlanta, and the hotels in this group sit inside it rather than near it. The rail connection is Inman Park, Blue, which puts you on the line that runs through the centre of the city. The trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is something you step onto rather than travel to, and the 3.0 figure applies to this neighbourhood.
The site's own summary is Victorian porches, big trees, a MARTA station and the trail, and it calls this the most expensive comfortable choice on the east side. That is a fair description of who it suits: you want to walk out to the trail, ride the Blue line, and come back to a leafy street of old houses. It does not suit you if you are watching what you spend, or if you want the newest buildings and the densest restaurant rows.

Book Casa Azula directly if the pool, the kitchen and the free parking are what you are after, and check the calendar before you commit to dates.
