This mailbox is read by the people who write and rank the neighbourhood pages. We can explain how a ranking was put together, point you at the right page, or fix something that has gone stale. We cannot take a booking, change dates or cancel a reservation, because we do not sell rooms.

Can you book a hotel for me? +
No. We rank neighbourhoods and publish median rates, and we name no hotels. Bookings, payments, changes and cancellations belong to IMPT, whose booking flow we link to. Send reservation questions there rather than here.
How quickly will I hear back? +
We do not promise a reply time. Messages go to the people who write the pages, and corrections are handled ahead of general questions. If your message is about an existing reservation, IMPT is the only route that can act on it.
Where did a rate on the site come from? +
Each page states where its figures came from, and medians are republished rather than sold. We do not invent prices. If a number looks out of date against what you are seeing, report it and we will check the source and correct the page.
Can you fix an error I spotted? +
Yes, if it is ours: a stale opening time, a broken link or a weak claim about a neighbourhood. Send the page address and what you expected. Corrections are made on the page rather than answered privately, so the next reader gets the benefit.
Rates open on app.impt.io with these dates carried through. Free cancellation on most rooms, and a verified tonne of CO2 removed on every confirmed booking.
