The kitchen, washing machine and desk are the tell: this suits someone staying several days, working, cooking, travelling with a pet, or wanting Inman Park, the Blue rail line and the trail at the door on their own terms. It suits you less if you want daily housekeeping, a restaurant downstairs, a concierge or a place to drop a bag for one night.

Where it puts you
Inman Park is on the east side of Atlanta, and the hotels in this group sit inside it rather than near it. The rail connection is Inman Park, Blue, which puts you on the line that runs through the centre of the city. The trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is something you step onto rather than travel to, and the 3.0 figure applies to this neighbourhood.
The site's own summary is Victorian porches, big trees, a MARTA station and the trail, and it calls this the most expensive comfortable choice on the east side. That is a fair description of who it suits: you want to walk out to the trail, ride the Blue line, and come back to a leafy street of old houses. It does not suit you if you are watching what you spend, or if you want the newest buildings and the densest restaurant rows.
