What you get
Cloud Nine is a three star property on Edgewood Avenue Northeast in Inman Park. The listed facilities run to a full kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and toaster, plus a washing machine, iron and board, hairdryer and towels, so you can cook and do laundry rather than eat out. There is air conditioning, free wifi, a desk, a TV and coffee, and the building lists a fitness center and a swimming pool. Parking is free and on site, pets are allowed, and the rooms are non smoking, with a smoke detector and first aid kit listed. What is thin is service: no restaurant, no bar and no front desk are listed, so plan to look after yourself.
What that adds up to is a self contained base rather than a serviced hotel. Cloud Nine suits you if you are staying several days, travelling with a pet, arriving by car, or want to cook and wash clothes instead of eating every meal out. It does not suit you if you want daily housekeeping, a concierge, room service or a bar downstairs, because none of those appear on the list. Groups and families who split the cost of a kitchen will get the most from it. The pool and fitness center are the extras; the kitchen and laundry are the reason to pick Cloud Nine over a standard room.

Where it puts you
Inman Park is on the east side of Atlanta, and the hotels in this group sit inside it rather than near it. The rail connection is Inman Park, Blue, which puts you on the line that runs through the centre of the city. The trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is something you step onto rather than travel to, and the 3.0 figure applies to this neighbourhood.
The site's own summary is Victorian porches, big trees, a MARTA station and the trail, and it calls this the most expensive comfortable choice on the east side. That is a fair description of who it suits: you want to walk out to the trail, ride the Blue line, and come back to a leafy street of old houses. It does not suit you if you are watching what you spend, or if you want the newest buildings and the densest restaurant rows.
