What you get

There is no pool, no restaurant, no bar and no stated parking, so if you want to eat, drink or swim without leaving the building, the facilities fall short. The fitness centre is the one thing a visitor would care about, and for anyone who trains while travelling it is a real one, but it is the only named amenity here.
What that adds up to for someone staying at Picture Perfect depends on why you are in Inman Park. The address puts you 0.6 km from the centre of Inman Park, with the Blue rail at Inman Park and the trail at the door, so the neighbourhood and the routes out of it do the work the building does not. This suits a short, uncomplicated stay: someone in town for a specific reason who wants a bed, a workout and a way out on foot or by rail. It does not suit a holiday built around the hotel itself, and it does not suit anyone who needs a full service property under one roof.

Inman Park is on the east side of Atlanta, and the hotels in this group sit inside it rather than near it. The rail connection is Inman Park, Blue, which puts you on the line that runs through the centre of the city. The trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is something you step onto rather than travel to, and the 3.0 figure applies to this neighbourhood.
The site's own summary is Victorian porches, big trees, a MARTA station and the trail, and it calls this the most expensive comfortable choice on the east side. That is a fair description of who it suits: you want to walk out to the trail, ride the Blue line, and come back to a leafy street of old houses. It does not suit you if you are watching what you spend, or if you want the newest buildings and the densest restaurant rows.
