What you get
The Peach House lists a practical set of facilities rather than a glamorous one. You get free wifi and free car parking, breakfast, coffee, a bar or snack cafe, a microwave and a refrigerator, which covers the basics of eating and working without leaving the building. Outside there is a garden, a terrace, a picnic area and a playground, so children have somewhere to go. There is babysitting service, dry cleaning and luggage storage, and the property is wheelchair accessible with a smoking area and express check out. The list is thin on the things a holiday hotel usually sells: no pool is listed, no gym, no spa and no restaurant beyond the bar or snack cafe, so do not arrive expecting resort facilities.
What that adds up to at The Peach House is a straightforward base in Inman Park for people who value space, parking and a kitchen corner over lobby style. The playground, picnic area and babysitting service make it work for families, and the free parking and express check out suit anyone passing through on business or breaking a longer drive. It is wrong for you if you want a full service hotel with a pool and a dining room, or if you are treating Atlanta as a holiday and expect the property itself to be the attraction. The Peach House is where you sleep between other plans, and the Blue line and the trail at the door make those plans easy.

Where it puts you
Inman Park is on the east side of Atlanta, and the hotels in this group sit inside it rather than near it. The rail connection is Inman Park, Blue, which puts you on the line that runs through the centre of the city. The trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is something you step onto rather than travel to, and the 3.0 figure applies to this neighbourhood.
The site's own summary is Victorian porches, big trees, a MARTA station and the trail, and it calls this the most expensive comfortable choice on the east side. That is a fair description of who it suits: you want to walk out to the trail, ride the Blue line, and come back to a leafy street of old houses. It does not suit you if you are watching what you spend, or if you want the newest buildings and the densest restaurant rows.
Booking it
Book The Peach House directly if the free parking and the family facilities are what you need, since this is not a hotel you choose for its interior. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
Facts on this page come from the booking supplier's record: star class, address, photographs and facility list. Guest scores come from verified stays. We have not stayed here; the neighbourhood copy is our own.
