What you get
The Atlanta Beltline Luxury Double Suite lists air conditioning, free wifi, internet access, a TV, a washing machine, a kitchen, a bath, a bathroom, a balcony, a patio, a terrace and a garden, plus a swimming pool and a spa. It has family rooms and non smoking rooms, and both free car parking and parking. It is a four star property. The list is strong on space and self catering. It is thin on the things a single traveller might want: nothing here is described as compact, and nothing suggests a pared back room.
For the right party the Atlanta Beltline Luxury Double Suite is a base with room to spread out. The kitchen and the washing machine let you settle in rather than live out of a bag. The pool, the spa and the outdoor space give you somewhere to be when you are not out. It is less good if you want a simple bed and nothing else, or if you are travelling alone and do not need a double suite. It is also not a hotel with a front desk rhythm, so do not expect that kind of service.

Inman Park is on the east side of Atlanta, and the hotels in this group sit inside it rather than near it. The rail connection is Inman Park, Blue, which puts you on the line that runs through the centre of the city. The trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is something you step onto rather than travel to, and the 3.0 figure applies to this neighbourhood.
The site's own summary is Victorian porches, big trees, a MARTA station and the trail, and it calls this the most expensive comfortable choice on the east side. That is a fair description of who it suits: you want to walk out to the trail, ride the Blue line, and come back to a leafy street of old houses. It does not suit you if you are watching what you spend, or if you want the newest buildings and the densest restaurant rows.
