What you get
Quiet & Quaint apartment 5 mins to airport and 15 mins to downtown lists a full kitchen, which is the part that matters here: oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and coffee, with a washing machine and laundry service behind it. The rooms come with air conditioning, a fan, a desk, a TV, a hairdryer, an iron and board, a safe and towels, and there is free wifi throughout. Parking is free and on site, and the outdoor side has a patio, a picnic area and a smoking area. The list is thin on service: no restaurant, no gym, no pool, and no front desk you would find in a hotel.
What that adds up to is a self contained flat rather than a hotel room. You let yourself in with express check in, you feed yourself from the kitchen, and you come back to a sofa bed or a cot if you are travelling with someone else. Quiet & Quaint apartment 5 mins to airport and 15 mins to downtown suits people passing through College Park for an early flight on the Red or Gold lines, or a run into downtown, and anyone who wants a base with a car and a washing machine. It does not suit anyone who wants staff on hand, a bar downstairs or a room serviced to a schedule.

Where it puts you
These hotels sit in College Park, on the airport side of town, and the rail connection is the reason to be here. Airport, Red/Gold is the line you want: it puts you on the same system that runs through the centre, so you can reach Five Points without a car, and the site's own verdict on the area is blunt enough to quote: the cheapest bed in metro Atlanta and sixteen minutes by train to Five Points. Right for an early flight, wrong for a holiday.
The BeltLine side is different. College Park is off the loop, which means the trail is not on your doorstep and this is not a neighbourhood you pick for walking the city. What is walkable here is ordinary: you stay close to the station, you eat nearby, you sleep. Book it if you have a plane to catch or you want the lowest bed cost in the metro. Do not book it if you came to Atlanta for the BeltLine.
Booking it
For this property, book direct through the link below if you want a self contained flat near the College Park line rather than a staffed hotel. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
Facts on this page come from the booking supplier's record: star class, address, photographs and facility list. Guest scores come from verified stays. We have not stayed here; the neighbourhood copy is our own.
