What you get
NEW The Cozy Haven 5 minutes to ATL airport is listed with air conditioning, free wifi and free car parking, and it is a non smoking property with a smoke detector and security features on the list. The apartment side is the real content here: a kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and toaster, a washing machine, an iron and board, a hairdryer, towels, a desk, a sofa bed and a TV. There is a bath and a separate WC. What the list does not carry is any reception, any food service and any gym or pool. Express check in and a safe are listed, and the rest is left to the rooms.
For a stay of a few days, that adds up to a place you provision once and then live out of: you buy food, you wash clothes, you park the car outside and you leave for the terminal from a address that is 0.7 km from the centre of College Park. NEW The Cozy Haven 5 minutes to ATL airport is right for a flight crew, a delayed arrival, a family that wants separate sleeping space and a kitchen, or anyone staying long enough that a washing machine matters more than a lobby. It is wrong for a holiday that wants a bar, a restaurant, a doorman or daily housekeeping, and wrong for anyone who wants the centre of Atlanta on the doorstep.

Where it puts you
These hotels sit in College Park, on the airport side of town, and the rail connection is the reason to be here. Airport, Red/Gold is the line you want: it puts you on the same system that runs through the centre, so you can reach Five Points without a car, and the site's own verdict on the area is blunt enough to quote: the cheapest bed in metro Atlanta and sixteen minutes by train to Five Points. Right for an early flight, wrong for a holiday.
The BeltLine side is different. College Park is off the loop, which means the trail is not on your doorstep and this is not a neighbourhood you pick for walking the city. What is walkable here is ordinary: you stay close to the station, you eat nearby, you sleep. Book it if you have a plane to catch or you want the lowest bed cost in the metro. Do not book it if you came to Atlanta for the BeltLine.
Booking it
Book this one by confirming the apartment size you need, because a sofa bed and a full kitchen are doing work here that a hotel room cannot. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
Facts on this page come from the booking supplier's record: star class, address, photographs and facility list. Guest scores come from verified stays. We have not stayed here; the neighbourhood copy is our own.
