That adds up to an apartment rather than a hotel. Jade Junction gives you a place to cook, wash clothes and spread out, with a pool and gym downstairs and the Blue line at Inman Park. It suits a longer stay, a family, or anyone who wants a kitchen and a washing machine. It is wrong if you want a concierge, a bar in the building or someone to carry your bags. The address on Auburn Avenue puts the trail at the door and the centre of Inman Park 0.4 km from the centre of Inman Park.

Where it puts you
Inman Park is on the east side of Atlanta, and the hotels in this group sit inside it rather than near it. The rail connection is Inman Park, Blue, which puts you on the line that runs through the centre of the city. The trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is something you step onto rather than travel to, and the 3.0 figure applies to this neighbourhood.
The site's own summary is Victorian porches, big trees, a MARTA station and the trail, and it calls this the most expensive comfortable choice on the east side. That is a fair description of who it suits: you want to walk out to the trail, ride the Blue line, and come back to a leafy street of old houses. It does not suit you if you are watching what you spend, or if you want the newest buildings and the densest restaurant rows.
