There is free car parking and parking, family rooms and non smoking rooms, plus a smoke detector. Where the list is thin: no gym, no pool, no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, and no reception service is listed at all.
For the right person, Zen Home in the Heart of Atlanta is a base rather than a hotel. The desk and free wifi let you work, the kitchen and washing machine let you stay a while without eating out or hunting a laundrette, and the parking means a car is no problem. Westview is the setting, with West End 15 min and a trail at the door if you want to move on foot. It suits families and longer stays, and anyone who wants their own space. It does not suit anyone who wants a front desk, a cooked breakfast, a bar downstairs or a room serviced daily.

Where it puts you
Westview is on the west side of Atlanta, and the rail connection lists as West End, 15 min, which is what puts the rest of the city within reach without a car. The BeltLine trail is at the door, so you can step out and walk or ride from the property itself. The neighbourhood is residential to the point of sleepy: bungalows, a couple of very good restaurants and the Westside Trail.
This suits you if you want quiet, a trail on the doorstep and a straightforward run to the West End rail stop. It does not suit you if you want to be in the middle of bars, shops and foot traffic, because Westview is not that. The BeltLine mile marker here is 11.4, so you are on the trail but well away from the busiest stretches.

Book this one if you want a kitchen and a parking space rather than a lobby, and check the calendar for the dates you need.
