What you get
Urban Nest Atl is a 3 star property at 1205 Metropolitan Avenue Southeast Apt 110, in Reynoldstown. The listed facilities are mostly the equipment of a self-contained flat: kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, iron and board, coffee, hairdryer, toiletries, towels, slippers, bath, shower and WC. Add air conditioning, a desk, a sofa bed, a TV, free wifi, a safe and smoke detector. The building list is broader than a guest room usually gets: outdoor pool, pool bar, fitness center, business center and computer room, lounge, patio, picnic area, lifts, 24H. Security, first aid, luggage storage, laundry service and free car parking.
What that adds up to for you is a flat with hotel facilities bolted on, and the verdict follows. Urban Nest Atl suits someone staying several days who wants to cook, wash clothes and park a car without paying for each of those separately, and who is happy to reach the centre of Reynoldstown from 1.2 km out. It suits a working stay as well, given the desk, the wifi and the computer room. It does not suit anyone who wants a serviced room turned over daily, a restaurant downstairs or a lobby to sit in. It is a self-catering base, and the list is thin on exactly the things people expect from a hotel rather than a flat.

Where it puts you
You are in Reynoldstown, on the southeast side of the city, in the quieter half of the Krog corridor. The BeltLine trail runs past the door, so the walking and cycling route that ties this part of Atlanta together starts outside rather than a bus ride away. For rail, you have Inman Park on the Blue line: useful for the airport and for getting across town without driving.
The site's own description puts it plainly: newer rooms, lower rates than nearby Inman Park, and the same short walk to the trail crowd. That makes Reynoldstown good for people who want the trail on foot and Inman Park's bars within reach without paying Inman Park prices. It suits anyone planning around the BeltLine. It is wrong for you if you want a quiet residential pocket, since the trail brings the traffic past the door.
Booking it
Book Urban Nest Atl directly if you want the kitchen, the washing machine and the free parking held for your dates, and sort the apartment out before you commit. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
