What you get
The Sanctuary lists a full kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and toaster, plus coffee and a washing machine. Bathrooms include a bath, hairdryer, towels and toiletries are not mentioned. There is air conditioning, a desk, a TV, free wifi, an iron and board, non smoking rooms, smoke detectors and first aid. Outside there is a garden, free car parking and pets are allowed. The list is thin on what is not there: no lift, no reception, no breakfast, no gym and no workspace beyond the desk, and the trail at the door is unpaved, so the location favors drivers and walkers. One photo is on file.
What that adds up to is a self-contained house rather than a serviced hotel. You get space, cooking, laundry and a parking spot, which suits a family, a long stay or anyone traveling with a dog. The Sanctuary does not suit you if you want a front desk, daily cleaning, a restaurant downstairs or a lift to your floor, and the rail label Inman Park, Blue means you are relying on the Blue line rather than a doorstep station. Four stars here describes the fittings, not a concierge.

Where it puts you
You are in Reynoldstown, on the southeast side of the city, in the quieter half of the Krog corridor. The BeltLine trail runs past the door, so the walking and cycling route that ties this part of Atlanta together starts outside rather than a bus ride away. For rail, you have Inman Park on the Blue line: useful for the airport and for getting across town without driving.
The site's own description puts it plainly: newer rooms, lower rates than nearby Inman Park, and the same short walk to the trail crowd. That makes Reynoldstown good for people who want the trail on foot and Inman Park's bars within reach without paying Inman Park prices. It suits anyone planning around the BeltLine. It is wrong for you if you want a quiet residential pocket, since the trail brings the traffic past the door.
Booking it
Book The Sanctuary directly if you want a house with parking and pets allowed rather than a hotel desk. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
Facts on this page come from the booking supplier's record: star class, address, photographs and facility list. Guest scores come from verified stays. We have not stayed here; the neighbourhood copy is our own.
