What you get
The Grove Park Chateau lists air conditioning, heating by fireplace and fan, free wifi and internet access, and free car parking, which matters in this part of the city. You get a full kitchen rather than a kitchenette: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee, with a washing machine, iron and board, hairdryer and TV alongside. There are bars on site, family rooms, non smoking rooms and a sofa bed. The list is thin on services. Nothing is listed for reception cover, food beyond coffee and bars, or anything to do in the building itself.
What that adds up to is a self contained house rather than a serviced hotel. The Grove Park Chateau suits people who want to cook, do laundry and park a car without paying for each, and who are travelling as a family or a group that needs the extra beds. It does not suit anyone relying on staff, a restaurant or a short walk to downtown Atlanta. Bankhead is 1.6 km from the centre of Bankhead, and the Green line runs through Bankhead, so a car is not the only option.

Where it puts you
This is Bankhead, on the Northwest side, and the Green line station puts the whole rail network within reach from here. You are on the BeltLine too, with the trail at 0.7 mi to trail. What the site says about the area is plain: the lowest median on the loop and a Green line station, thin on places to eat, so plan to travel for dinner.
It suits you if you want the cheapest ground on the loop, a train under your feet and a trail you can reach. It does not suit you if you want dinner on the doorstep or a neighbourhood to wander after dark. Manage your expectations and Bankhead works.
