What you get
The 4Seasons:Themed Retreat w Hot Tub Pool Table is a four-star property on Delia Drive in Decatur, and the listed facilities fall into three groups. For sleeping and washing there are family rooms, air conditioning, a bath, a shower, a WC, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. For eating and drinking there is a full kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and toaster, plus coffee and a minibar. For filling the day there is a hot tub, a games room, a pool table, mini golf, a garden, a patio and a terrace. Practical extras include free wifi, free car parking, 24H. Security, a smoke detector, first aid, express check in, a concierge, laundry service, a washing machine, an iron and board, a safe and high chairs. Pets are allowed. The list is thin in one place: there is no restaurant, no gym and no airport shuttle, so meals and moving around are on you.
For a group, that combination is the point. The 4Seasons:Themed Retreat w Hot Tub Pool Table keeps everyone at one address with a kitchen, a hot tub and a games room, and the parking and security matter if you are arriving by car with luggage. It suits families, groups of friends and anyone who wants a self-contained base in Greater Atlanta and does not mind driving for dinner or the train. It does not suit a solo traveller who wants a quiet standard room, or anyone who needs to be on foot at Decatur, Blue/Green. Off the loop is the honest summary: you are coming here for the house, not the location.

Where it puts you
These hotels are not in Decatur. They are not in any of the 24 neighbourhoods this site covers. They sit in the wider metro, off-loop on the east side, and Decatur is simply the nearest of those neighbourhoods, close enough to be the default answer to where you are. It is not where you are sleeping.
That matters when you plan your days. The square, the restaurants and the rest of what the loop is known for are a trip away, not a stroll from your room. Decatur itself is its own small city six miles out, with a square, a rail station and the best restaurants-per-capita in Georgia. It has the Decatur, Blue/Green rail stop, while the hotels themselves sit off the loop. Suits anyone who wants the east side and a base outside the city proper, and anyone driving in. Wrong if you pictured walking out your door into Decatur.

Booking it
Book this one early if your group has fixed dates, because a house with a hot tub and a pool table is the kind of listing that goes first. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
Facts on this page come from the booking supplier's record: star class, address, photographs and facility list. Guest scores come from verified stays. We have not stayed here; the neighbourhood copy is our own.
