What you get
Prospect is a three star apartment on Prospect Place Northeast in Old Fourth Ward, and its listed facilities are strongest in the kitchen and the practical end of housekeeping. You get a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a toaster, plus coffee and a washing machine. Bathroom, bath, towels, hairdryer, iron and board, and cleaning are all listed, as are air conditioning, non smoking rooms, a TV and free wifi. Free car parking and parking are both listed, and pets are allowed. The list is thin on anything beyond the flat itself: no gym, no pool, no breakfast service, no lift, and nothing in the way of a front desk.
What that adds up to is a self contained flat rather than a serviced hotel, and Prospect suits the traveller who wants to cook, park a car and keep a dog with them. The trail at the door and the buses fill the gap left by no rail, so getting around without a car is possible but takes planning. Prospect is wrong for anyone who wants a concierge, a daily restaurant or a central Atlanta address with a rail station on the doorstep. Come for the kitchen and the parking, not for the building's services.

Where it puts you
Old Fourth Ward sits on the east side, and the site's own line on it is blunt: Ponce City Market, the skate park and the best stretch of the Eastside Trail. You pay for the address and you actually use it. That is the honest pitch here. There is no rail, trail plus bus is the setup, and the trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is the transport, not a weekend outing. The 2.1 figure is the BeltLine mile, given as the site records it.
This suits you if you want to step out and be among people, food and pavement without arranging a ride first. It does not suit you if you want a quiet base at the end of a day, or if your plans sit on the far side of town and you were counting on a train. Bring shoes you can walk in and a bus card.
