It is not where you are sleeping.

Decatur itself is its own small city six miles out, with a square, a rail station and the best restaurants-per-capita in Georgia. It has the Decatur, Blue/Green rail stop, while the hotels themselves sit off the loop. Suits anyone who wants the east side and a base outside the city proper, and anyone driving in. Wrong if you pictured walking out your door into Decatur.
