What you get
Massive 3 bedroom with fenced yard is a four star property at 6487 River Glen Drive in Riverdale, part of Greater Atlanta. The listed facilities read like a full home rather than a hotel room: a kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and toaster, plus coffee, a washing machine, iron and board, air conditioning and free wifi. There is a bath and a bathroom, a hairdryer and toiletries, a desk, a TV, a balcony and a garden. Smoke detector and first aid kit are listed, and the property is non smoking rooms only. The list is thin on services: no pool, no gym, no restaurant, no reception, and nothing that suggests staff on site around the clock. What you get is space and self sufficiency, not hotel polish.
For the right traveller, Massive 3 bedroom with fenced yard solves a specific problem: somewhere to sleep several people under one roof without paying for several rooms. The fenced yard, the washing machine and the full kitchen all point the same way, toward stays of more than a night or two, families with children, or groups who would rather eat in than go out. It is a poor fit for anyone whose trip is built around downtown Atlanta, and a poor fit for a single traveller who wants a lobby and a bar downstairs. Riverdale is a southern suburb, and the property sits 8.6 km from College Park, which is the nearest of the 24 neighbourhoods this site covers. Book it if you have a reason to be in that part of metro Atlanta. Skip it if you do not.

Where it puts you
These hotels are not in College Park. They sit well outside it, in the wider metro, and College Park is only the nearest of the 24 neighbourhoods this site covers. Treat it as the closest of the names on the map rather than the place you are booking into. You are out in Greater Atlanta, on the Airport side of town, and you should expect to travel for the things the loop is famous for.
What the site says of this end of things holds: the cheapest bed in metro Atlanta and sixteen minutes by train to Five Points. Right for an early flight, wrong for a holiday. The rail label reads Airport, Red/Gold, and the trail label reads Off the loop, which tells you what the location is and is not. If you want the neighbourhoods themselves, book elsewhere. If you want a bed near the airport at the bottom of the market, this is what that looks like.

Booking it
Book this one direct if your dates are fixed and your group is large, because a whole house is worth more than a hotel room to a family and worth much less to a solo traveller. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
Facts on this page come from the booking supplier's record: star class, address, photographs and facility list. Guest scores come from verified stays. We have not stayed here; the neighbourhood copy is our own.
