There are bars, a restaurant, room service, a business center and a market, plus a garage and valet parking. Rooms come with a desk, a safe, a refrigerator, a microwave, a TV and a balcony. The list is thin on anything specific to the neighbourhood, and the pool is the only outdoor space named beyond a terrace.
For a stay, the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown is a functional base. You get concierge, luggage storage and express check in, which suits a short trip where you want the desk to handle things. Families are covered by family rooms, and breakfast in room and special diets are listed. It is a poor fit if you want a small independent place or a quiet street. It suits people who want a big, staffed hotel within reach of the centre and Five Points, all lines, not a holiday built around the hotel itself.

Where it puts you
You are staying Downtown, inside the loop, where the train at Five Points puts every line in the city within reach. That is the point of the location: you can move around Atlanta without a car, and the rest of the trip is built on that. The site's own line on the neighbourhood is blunt about the trade: the cheapest walk to a train in the city, with convention traffic setting the price, so a Tuesday in January is a different hotel than a Tuesday in October.
The BeltLine trail is also here, and the 0.8 mi to trail is the figure to keep in mind if you plan to walk or run it. This suits anyone whose trip runs on transit and convention schedules. It does not suit a holiday built around quiet streets and long, slow mornings.
