What you get
Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport North sits on Bobby Brown Pkwy in College Park, 2.0 km from the centre of College Park. The listed facilities are built around the practical: kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee, plus a market on site. There is free wifi, free car parking, a business centre, laundry service, lifts and a 24 hour front desk. You also get an indoor pool, fitness centre, picnic area, bar or snack cafe, and pets are allowed. The list is thinner on dining: no full restaurant, no room service, just the market and the snack bar.
What that adds up to for a stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport North is a room that works rather than one that impresses. The kitchenette and laundry service make a multi night stay easy, and the shuttle and 24 hour front desk make a very early or very late flight easy. The indoor pool and fitness centre are there if you want them, but nothing here is a destination in itself. Book it if you need an airport base in College Park with a kitchen and a parking space. Do not book it if you are planning a holiday.

Where it puts you
These hotels sit in College Park, on the airport side of town, and the rail connection is the reason to be here. Airport, Red/Gold is the line you want: it puts you on the same system that runs through the centre, so you can reach Five Points without a car, and the site's own verdict on the area is blunt enough to quote: the cheapest bed in metro Atlanta and sixteen minutes by train to Five Points. Right for an early flight, wrong for a holiday.
The BeltLine side is different. College Park is off the loop, which means the trail is not on your doorstep and this is not a neighbourhood you pick for walking the city. What is walkable here is ordinary: you stay close to the station, you eat nearby, you sleep. Book it if you have a plane to catch or you want the lowest bed cost in the metro. Do not book it if you came to Atlanta for the BeltLine.
Booking it
Book this one when the kitchen and the parking are the point. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
Facts on this page come from the booking supplier's record: star class, address, photographs and facility list. Guest scores come from verified stays. We have not stayed here; the neighbourhood copy is our own.
