What you get
High Quality Downtown Living Skyline View is a four star apartment building on Peachtree Street, with the unit itself doing most of the work. Each apartment lists a kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and toaster, plus a washing machine, iron and board, and a bathroom with a bath, shower and hairdryer. Towels, sheets and toiletries are provided, and there is air conditioning, a fan and a TV. The building adds a twenty four hour front desk, twenty four hour security, express check in, lifts, a concierge, room service, laundry service, free wifi, family rooms, cots and high chairs. The list is thinner than it looks on the leisure side: the bar, barber and beauty salon, patio, terrace and smoking area appear as facilities without being described, and the skyline view in the name is not itemised as a guaranteed feature of every apartment.
For someone staying a week or more, the kitchen, laundry and dishwasher matter more than any lobby. You can cook, wash clothes and work from the apartment, and the twenty four hour desk and security mean a late arrival is not a problem. High Quality Downtown Living Skyline View suits a work trip, a family stay or anyone relocating and needing a base in Downtown for a stretch. It does not suit a short holiday where you want the hotel to run your days: this is an apartment, and the bars, salon and terrace are the only shared leisure spaces named. Anyone wanting a pool, a gym or a restaurant on site should look elsewhere.

Where it puts you
You are staying Downtown, inside the loop, where the train at Five Points puts every line in the city within reach. That is the point of the location: you can move around Atlanta without a car, and the rest of the trip is built on that. The site's own line on the neighbourhood is blunt about the trade: the cheapest walk to a train in the city, with convention traffic setting the price, so a Tuesday in January is a different hotel than a Tuesday in October.
The BeltLine trail is also here, and the 0.8 mi to trail is the figure to keep in mind if you plan to walk or run it. This suits anyone whose trip runs on transit and convention schedules. It does not suit a holiday built around quiet streets and long, slow mornings.
Booking it
Book this one when you want a kitchen and a washing machine in Downtown rather than a hotel room, and confirm the apartment details with the desk before you commit. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
Facts on this page come from the booking supplier's record: star class, address, photographs and facility list. Guest scores come from verified stays. We have not stayed here; the neighbourhood copy is our own.
