There is a garage, parking and valet parking. The list is thin on outdoor space beyond the terrace, and that is the one entry that will not match what you find in Midtown.

The gymnasium, pool and bars mean you can fill an evening without walking anywhere, and the desk, wifi and concierge suit a working stay. Couples and business guests get the most from it. Families with small children get less, because the food and drink side leads and the outdoor space is limited to a terrace and a pool. If you want a quiet residential base with a kitchen and nothing else, this is more than you need.

Where it puts you
Midtown is the default answer for staying in Atlanta, and usually the right one. Two rail stations put the whole city within reach without a car: the Midtown, Red/Gold stop is the one you will use most, though the neighbourhood is served by more than one. The park, the High, and the trail four blocks east are all part of the package. The trail label reads 0.4 mi to trail, and the BeltLine mile is 17.6, so you are on the east side of the loop rather than at its ends.
This suits you if you want to leave the car parked and walk to what you came for, and if you would rather be in the middle of things than in a quiet residential pocket. It does not suit you if you want a quiet street, free parking, or a base for the airport side of town. The trade is convenience for calm.
