What you get
Entire Condo Downtown 24 Concierge Pt9b lists a full set of rooms and appliances: kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and coffee for cooking and eating in, plus washing machine, iron and board, hairdryer and towels. It is air conditioned and non smoking, with free wifi and internet access, a TV, a bath and bathroom, a patio, a smoke detector and lifts. The thin part is service. There is no restaurant, no gym, no pool and no mention of reception, so the concierge in the name is doing less work than the kitchen.
Entire Condo Downtown 24 Concierge Pt9b is the practical end of the market: what you get is a self contained flat rather than a serviced room, and what you give up is any layer of hotel staff attending to you. It suits a couple, a small family or a work stay of several days where a kitchen and a washing machine change the arithmetic of a trip. It does not suit a short leisure break built around being looked after. Call it right for self sufficiency downtown, wrong for room service.

Where it puts you
You are staying Downtown, inside the loop, where the train at Five Points puts every line in the city within reach. That is the point of the location: you can move around Atlanta without a car, and the rest of the trip is built on that. The site's own line on the neighbourhood is blunt about the trade: the cheapest walk to a train in the city, with convention traffic setting the price, so a Tuesday in January is a different hotel than a Tuesday in October.
The BeltLine trail is also here, and the 0.8 mi to trail is the figure to keep in mind if you plan to walk or run it. This suits anyone whose trip runs on transit and convention schedules. It does not suit a holiday built around quiet streets and long, slow mornings.
Booking it
Book this one for the in room kitchen and laundry rather than for anything the building staff will do for you. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io.
