Pets are allowed, there are family rooms and non smoking rooms, and wifi is free. On the thin side, the list says bars without naming one, offers bowling and a golf course without saying where, and gives you two photos to judge a whole house by.

These hotels sit outside the 24 neighbourhoods this site covers, in Greater Atlanta, on the south side of town. Peoplestown is only the nearest of them, not the address. You are in the wider metro here, so expect to travel for the things the loop is famous for: the restaurants, the venues, the streets people come to Atlanta to walk. Treat the car or the bus as part of the plan rather than an afterthought.
The site's own note on Peoplestown is blunt: cheap, residential, improving fast along the Southside Trail, and you will want a bike or a car for evenings. There is no rail here, bus only. The trail is 1.1 mi to trail. Book this if you want a bed outside the neighbourhoods and don't mind moving to reach the rest.
