What you get
Downtown condo w screened balcony lists the practical things first. You get air conditioning, free wifi, a kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a bath, hairdryer, iron and board, and a sofa bed. There is a TV, a bathrobe, a fan, and a patio and terrace. The list is thin on the hotel side: no restaurant, no gym, no reception, no daily housekeeping named, no breakfast. Parking is listed, and there are lifts and non smoking rooms.
For a two star property on Peachtree Street Northwest, Downtown condo w screened balcony is a base rather than a retreat. The kitchen and laundry appliances mean you can stay a week without eating out every meal, and the sofa bed means a third or fourth person can fit without a second room. The screened balcony is the one thing you cannot get in most Downtown hotel rooms. It suits you if you want space and a stove, and it does not suit you if you want a lobby, a concierge or a made bed every day.

Where it puts you
You are staying Downtown, inside the loop, where the train at Five Points puts every line in the city within reach. That is the point of the location: you can move around Atlanta without a car, and the rest of the trip is built on that. The site's own line on the neighbourhood is blunt about the trade: the cheapest walk to a train in the city, with convention traffic setting the price, so a Tuesday in January is a different hotel than a Tuesday in October.
The BeltLine trail is also here, and the 0.8 mi to trail is the figure to keep in mind if you plan to walk or run it. This suits anyone whose trip runs on transit and convention schedules. It does not suit a holiday built around quiet streets and long, slow mornings.
Booking it
Book this condo directly if you want the kitchen and the balcony rather than a hotel front desk. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
Facts on this page come from the booking supplier's record: star class, address, photographs and facility list. Guest scores come from verified stays. We have not stayed here; the neighbourhood copy is our own.
