What you get

Where the list is thin is service: there is no restaurant, no bar, no breakfast and no front desk mentioned, so you are cooking and sorting yourself out.
For the right visitor that is the point. Crest at Midtown 4603 l 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom gives you a whole flat with a door you can close, parking you do not pay for and a kitchen you can actually use, which makes it work for a long stay, a work trip with a car or a move between addresses. It is wrong for a short holiday built around walking to downtown sights, and the bus and trail labels say why: you are not on rail here. Choose it if you want space and self sufficiency in Old Fourth Ward and can live without hotel service.

Where it puts you
Old Fourth Ward sits on the east side, and the site's own line on it is blunt: Ponce City Market, the skate park and the best stretch of the Eastside Trail. You pay for the address and you actually use it. That is the honest pitch here. There is no rail, trail plus bus is the setup, and the trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is the transport, not a weekend outing. The 2.1 figure is the BeltLine mile, given as the site records it.
This suits you if you want to step out and be among people, food and pavement without arranging a ride first. It does not suit you if you want a quiet base at the end of a day, or if your plans sit on the far side of town and you were counting on a train. Bring shoes you can walk in and a bus card.
