The BeltLine trail is at the door, so you can step out and walk or ride from the property itself. The neighbourhood is residential to the point of sleepy: bungalows, a couple of very good restaurants and the Westside Trail.
This suits you if you want quiet, a trail on the doorstep and a straightforward run to the West End rail stop. It does not suit you if you want to be in the middle of bars, shops and foot traffic, because Westview is not that. The BeltLine mile marker here is 11.4, so you are on the trail but well away from the busiest stretches.
