It is a 2 star property and the list is thin on the things that make a stay pleasant rather than functional: no restaurant, no pool, no gym, nothing beyond the basics. Suits anyone on a short stopover, in town for a game or an appointment, or driving through and needing free parking and an easy check in. Does not suit a holiday where the hotel is part of the point.

Where it puts you
Summerhill sits on the south side of the city, rebuilt around the old stadium site. New rooms, real bakeries, and a twenty-minute walk into downtown, which is the honest shape of the place: a neighbourhood that was torn down and put back up, and still looks like it. The Georgia State, Blue stop is your rail connection, and the BeltLine is close enough that the trail label reads 0.9 mi to trail from here.
That combination suits you if you want to move around without a car, whether that means the train or the path, and if you would rather sleep somewhere with a bakery than a lobby bar. It suits you less if you want a holiday built on old buildings and long strolls past them, because most of what surrounds you is recent. Come for the access, not for the atmosphere.
