What you get

The front desk matters most, because it means someone is there whatever hour you arrive, which is not a given at this level. Wheelchair access is listed too, so the property states that step free entry is possible. Everything else a hotel normally advertises, food, parking, a gym, a pool, laundry, is absent from the list. Read the list as the full picture rather than a summary, and ask directly about anything you need before you commit.
What that adds up to is a straightforward place to sleep in a central Atlanta district. BCA Spectacular Apartments gives you Midtown itself, 1.0 km from the centre of Midtown, and the Red and Gold lines at Midtown for getting around the city. It suits you if you want a bed, a desk and a train, and you plan to spend your time out in the city rather than in the building. It does not suit you if you want a lobby to sit in, a restaurant downstairs or staff to arrange your days. Treat it as a base and it works. Treat it as a resort and it will not.

Midtown is the default answer for staying in Atlanta, and usually the right one. Two rail stations put the whole city within reach without a car: the Midtown, Red/Gold stop is the one you will use most, though the neighbourhood is served by more than one. The park, the High, and the trail four blocks east are all part of the package. The trail label reads 0.4 mi to trail, and the BeltLine mile is 17.6, so you are on the east side of the loop rather than at its ends.
This suits you if you want to leave the car parked and walk to what you came for, and if you would rather be in the middle of things than in a quiet residential pocket. It does not suit you if you want a quiet street, free parking, or a base for the airport side of town. The trade is convenience for calm.
