You are on the north side of town, and Midtown is the rail connection, 20 min, which puts the whole north south line within reach without a car. The BeltLine is close too, 0.8 mi to trail, so a stay here can be a walking and cycling one rather than a driving one.
It suits anyone who wants a cheap base near the universities and the West Midtown side of the city, and it suits a trip built around the trail and the train. It does not suit a quiet holiday. This is a student neighbourhood, busy and loud in term time, and the stock is basic. Book it for the location and the rate, not for the room.
