Adair Park is a small grid of Victorian cottages on the loop’s south-west, and it has quietly become one of the better-placed cheap bases in Atlanta: the Westside Trail runs along its edge, the Lee + White warehouse strip of breweries is at the end of it, and West End station is a ten-minute walk.

Why stay here

Trail, beer and rail in one walk, for $104. The Westside BeltLine passes the back of the neighbourhood; follow it a few hundred yards and you are in Lee + White, a warehouse row of breweries, a cidery and a distillery that is the best afternoon on the south-west side. West End station on the Red and Gold lines puts the airport fourteen minutes away with no change.

It is also a real neighbourhood rather than a development: a small park in the middle, cottages, people on porches. Quiet, green and unpolished, which is either the appeal or the problem depending on what you want from a trip.

The direct airport line deserves its own paragraph, because it is the thing that separates Adair Park from the other sub-$110 bases. Fourteen minutes to the terminal with no change means you can stay here the night before a six a.m. flight without a car, a shuttle or a fifty-dollar rideshare — and at $104 rather than the $94 airport-strip rate with nothing around it.

Where exactly to sleep in it

Three positions, and the trail decides them.

Trail / Lee + White side Backing onto the Westside Trail and the brewery row. The reason to stay here and the liveliest edge. $104–135 Trail at the door Around the park The cottage grid around Adair Park itself. Quiet, pretty, five minutes from the trail. $98–125 West End, 12 min Towards West End station North-west end, closest to the Red and Gold lines. Getting around from here

West End station on the Red and Gold lines is the local one: fourteen minutes to the airport with no change, and eight minutes to Five Points in the other direction. That direct airport run is unusual for a cheap base and worth a lot on an early flight.

The Westside Trail is the other axis — paved, quieter than the Eastside, and it runs north towards Westview and West End and east towards the unfinished Southside stretch. A bike makes this base considerably better.

It is worth being clear that the trail here is a daylight amenity. It is well paved and pleasant in the morning and early evening, and it empties quickly after dark; for a night out you take the train into town and a rideshare home.

Parking is free. Driving is easy here, and the Lee + White row is the one place we would tell you not to drive to — walk or take the train.

Eating and evenings

The brewery row covers drinking properly, and several of the units have food. Beyond that, the neighbourhood itself has very little: West End and Westview, a short ride north, have the restaurants, and downtown is eight minutes on the train.

For a longer stay, plan groceries the way you would in Peoplestown — there is no substantial supermarket within a walk, and the corner options are thin. A car or one taxi ride on arrival solves it.

Evenings are trail-and-taproom until about nine, then quiet. There is no late strip and no walkable dinner scene, so plan the evening around Lee + White or travel for it.

Through the year, and what it costs

Adair Park is barely seasonal. The number sits between $98 and $115 for most of the year, drifting up a little in spring and on brewery-festival weekends at Lee + White, and sitting at its lowest in January and February. There is not enough visitor demand yet to create an October spike.

The thing that does change through the year is how usable the trail is, and that is the whole point of staying here. March to May and late September to November are ideal; July and August are survivable early and late in the day; the winter months are cool, quiet and perfectly good for walking.

As with the rest of the western arc, the baseline is what to watch rather than the season. Paving on the Westside and Southside stretches keeps improving and rooms keep appearing, so a number recorded in September 2026 is a floor rather than a forecast.

Walk or train to Lee + White A warehouse row of breweries, a cidery and a distillery ten minutes from a rail station. Do not drive to this one. $7–10 A pour Good for an early flight Fourteen minutes to the terminal on a direct Red or Gold train, from a real neighbourhood rather than an airport strip. 14 min No change Daylight trail only The Westside stretch empties fast after dark. Who should stay somewhere else

If you want choice and atmosphere on the doorstep, this is not that — it is a cottage grid with a brewery row attached. West End for $98 has more around it; Midtown for $142 has everything.

If you are not going to use the trail or the breweries, the saving is the only reason you are here, and Bankhead and College Park are cheaper still. This base earns its keep specifically if you like walking and beer.

And if you are travelling with young children, the thin shopping and the ten-minute station walk add friction that Grant Park removes for twenty-two dollars a night more.

How we priced this

The $104 median is the middle of every bookable double we could see in Adair Park for a mid-week stay in the next sixty days, recorded this week and excluding tax, resort fees and parking. Where the stock is thin, the sample is small and the number moves more than elsewhere — treat it as a direction, not a quote.

Asked often

Adair Park, specifically.

What is Lee + White? +

A strip of warehouses on the Westside Trail converted into breweries, a cidery, a distillery and food units. Ten minutes’ walk from a rail station, which is why we tell people not to drive there.

Is the Westside Trail as good as the Eastside? +

It is quieter, has fewer places to stop, and gives a clearer view of what the BeltLine is doing to the city. Daylight only — these stretches empty out fast after dark.

How long to the airport? +

About fourteen minutes on the Red or Gold line from West End, no change. That is faster than from most of the expensive bases on the loop.

Is there anywhere to eat in the neighbourhood? +

Barely. The brewery row has food units; otherwise West End, Westview or a train ride into town. Plan rather than wander.

Adair Park or College Park for a flight? +

College Park is ten dollars cheaper and one stop from the terminal. Adair Park is a real neighbourhood with a trail and breweries, fourteen minutes out. For one night, College Park; for a few, here.

Is it changing quickly? +

Yes. Paving on the Westside and Southside trails and new rooms along them mean the $104 median is a floor rather than a trend — check the current number if you are reading this later.
